Yes, once your order/design is drawn up we will send you a proof through email for you to confirm.
(please check your junk mail)

Unfortunately once you have confirmed your proof it can no longer be changed, so just make sure you are 100% happy with your proof & double check all spelling is correct.

Yes we offer contactless pickup.
We will contact you once your order is ready to arrange pick up date/time.

Yes we offer shipping Australia wide. (For overseas shipping please contact us).

Definitely. We love receiving & creating custom orders.

Unfortunately once you have confirmed your proof is correct and your order has been made, you will need to re purchase a new one if you want changed.

Yes we do. Rush order fees are down the bottom of each product.

Rush fee turnaround is 7 days.

Rush fee prices depend on how long the product takes to make.

If you need your order before 14 business days, please opt for the rush order.

No. Shipping time is on top of our turnaround time.

Yes, we post 90% of all orders, and also take videos once they are complete, so keep an eye out on our Instagram stories for a video of your order.
