We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, therefore we send proofs of your designs for your approval before we make your order.
If your order is damaged during transit, it is covered by insurance via Australia post etc and the insurance will cover the cost to remake the order. (please contact us asap if your order has been damage in the mail)
