Turnaround Times
By placing an order with us, you agree to our current turnaround times, production terms, and refund policy.
If you require both priority production items and standard turnaround items, please place separate orders.
We will be closed for production from June 5th-12th
Production back on the 15th, website open as normal during this time.
Any priority productions order placed will be completed from the 15th
Standard Turnaround
Our standard production turnaround is currently 10–14 business days.
Please note this timeframe may vary during busy periods, public holidays, peak seasonal periods, or due to supplier delays that are outside of our control. These circumstances do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Standard turnaround times do not include:
- Shipping or delivery timeframes
- Weekends
- Melbourne public holidays
- Personal leave periods (where applicable, these dates will be displayed here)
If you require your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting our Priority Production option before checkout.
Please note that large, bulk, or high volume orders may require additional production time depending on the quantity ordered and current workload. If your order has a deadline, we recommend contacting us prior to ordering to confirm estimated production timeframes.
Production delays may also occur if:
- Required files or information have not been supplied
- Approval of proofs is delayed
- Changes are requested after production has commenced
- Machinery breakdowns or unforeseen technical issues occur
As a small family run business, we work hard to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, unexpected delays due to illness, emergencies, supplier issues, or high order volumes may occasionally occur.
Priority Production
Priority Production reduces your production timeframe to 7 days.
This timeframe includes weekends to ensure your order is completed as quickly as possible.
Priority Production does not include:
- Shipping or delivery timeframes
- Personal leave periods (where applicable, these dates will be displayed on our website)
Priority Production fees apply per individual product, including multiples of the same item.
If you are unsure whether your order qualifies for Priority Production, please contact us prior to ordering.
Proofs
Proofs are prepared after your order has been placed and all required files and information have been received.
Proof turnaround times vary depending on current workload and order volume. During busy periods, proofs may be sent anytime from approximately 1 week after ordering through to the day before production is scheduled to commence.
Delays in approving proofs will delay your order turnaround time.
