Turnaround times

By placing an order with us, you agree to our current turnaround time & refund policy.  

If you are require a rush product plus standard turnaround product, please place 2 separate orders. 

Production closed 11th - 18th November, these dates are not included in turnaround times.

Standard turnaround times

We aim to complete your order within 10-14 business days. This may differ during busy periods. 

If you need your order sooner or by a certain date, please select the rush option.

This does not include weekends, Melbourne public holidays or shipping.

This also does not include personal leave, these dates (when applied) will be displayed here.

If you need your order before 14 business days plus shipping or by a certain date please select the rush order option.

There may be some delays during peak periods such as Easter, Christmas etc. And general influx of orders which means we will be busier than normal. 

In the event of any of our machines breaking down or having issues etc this will cause delays unfortunately out of our control.

Your order will be delayed if you have not provided all the correct information we require before drawing the proof. 

As a small, family run business, we work hard to get your orders made and shipped as quickly as possible. However, from time to time, unexpected delays may happen due to illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control. 

Rush orders

Your order will be completed within 7 days.

This includes weekends to get your order done as soon as possible.

This does not include personal leave, these dates (when applied) will be displayed here.

Rush order fees are per individual product (Including multiples of the same product). If unsure please message prior to ordering. 

Proofs

You will receive your proofs anytime from 1 week after ordering to the day before your order is due during busy time periods.
