Once we begin designing your logo, we do not offer refunds regardless of whether you decide you don’t like any of the designs. We also do not credit the cost over. Our team invests time and effort into creating unique concepts based on your brief. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Please ensure you provide clear details and feedback to help us refine your design.

We are not graphic designers, however, we can assist with basic logo design where required.

Simple text-based logos and basic layouts can generally be created by us. More detailed, complex or fully custom logo designs may require additional design time and may extend the standard turnaround time for your order.

If your requested logo is outside our design capabilities, we will let you know and may recommend having the logo professionally created by a graphic designer before we proceed.
