Availability: Please contact us to check availability for your event date before booking online
Payment: Full payment plus security bond to be paid to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event can be rescheduled for another date.

Terms and Conditions:
Hire Period:
The standard hire period is 3 days (example Fri-Sun) unless otherwise agreed upon. - Additional charges apply for extended hire periods.
Pick up instructions
Please have 2 people collect the Ferris wheel as it is awkward to carry for one person.
You will need a large hatch back or station wagon to transport the Ferris wheel as the Ferris will not fit through a standard car door
Make sure to measure your car space first to make sure the Ferris wheel will fit securely before booking.
Security bond
A security bond of $100 is required and will be refunded within 3 days after the item is returned in good condition. Any damage whatsoever will result in security bond not being refunded.
Condition of Return
The Ferris wheel must be returned in the same condition it was rented out.
Any damages or missing parts will result in deductions from the security bond or additional charges.
Responsibility and Liability:
The hirer is responsible for the Ferris wheel from the time of pick-up until it is returned. - The Ferris wheel is to be used solely for its intended purpose.
The hirer agrees that Laser Edge Designs is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during its use.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made up until 15 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date. The date maybe rescheduled if availability permits.
No refunds will be issued if the wheel does not fit in your transport.
Weather Conditions:
If the event is outdoors, please ensure the Ferris wheel is protected from adverse weather conditions. Any water damage will result in a forfeiture of the security bond.
Loss or Damage:
The hirer is liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the Ferris wheel during the hire period.
In the event of loss or damage, the hirer will be charged for the full replacement cost up to $800
Agreement: By booking the Ferris wheel, the hirer agrees to these terms and conditions.
